We never thought the first time we made guacamole 6 years ago that we would be embarking on this journey.

We both did the “normal” thing, graduated from high school, straight to college, got our degrees and became a part of working society. We knew we were destined  for more than this. I graduated from Gateway Community College where I studied nutrition. While in college, I had to create a business centered about health and nutrition and that is were Vic’s Guac Shop became more than a dream. I've always had a passion for food and knew I had to do more than just work for someone else. I have always gotten compliments for my work ethic ever since my very first job when I was 15 years old and I went on to having 4 jobs at one time but for as long as I can remember I've always wanted to be my own boss. I met Gutierres when I was only 14 years old and we have clicked ever since.


We work together not only as a couple but as business partners. Where I lack certain traits, he picks me up. When Gutierres can’t take it anymore, I pull him through it. This journey has been anything from easy but together we know we can take on anything that comes our way. We believe that food is your fuel. More people should be educated about food and after realizing  we had such an amazing product on our hands, we knew we had to share it with the world. When in season, all our ingredients(besides avocados) are supplied by your local farmers here in Connecticut.
